DEFINITIONS
"we", "us", "our" is defined as Red Nell Designs and its associated staff
"you" is defined as the user of www.rednell.com and all associated sites on the worldwide web.
CONDITION OF USE
By accessing Red Nell Design's website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
You should not use this website if you do not agree with these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notification.
LINKS FROM THIS SITE TO THIRD PARTIES
We will not be responsible for any of the links to third party sites which appear at any time on this site 
We are not responsible for any content or availability of such sites. We do not necessarily endorse any products on these sites.
Red Nell Designs holds no responsibility for any transactions you may have with any third party sites linked to us.
PRICE OF GOODS
All pricing detailed on the site is deemed to be correct. We reserve the right to change, without notice,
any pricing in the case of error or in the case of the manufacturer increasing their prices.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
All goods and services ordered and purchased through Red Nell Designs are subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. No goods or services will be shipped or commenced until full payment is received and cleared.
All products remain the property of Red Nell Designs until full payment is received and cleared.
2. Once the goods have been received, all risk of damage to or loss of shall be with you. 
3. We are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act, which provides you
with a seven day "cooling off" period after the order is received during which time you are able to cancel
or return the full or part order. However, this only applies to goods which are returned unopened in their
original packaging and are unused. The following exceptions apply:
a) Cosmetic products
b) Earrings
c) Books
d) Personalised items, including but not limited to stationery, favours and engraved products
e) Perishable products, including but not limited to favour fillings and chocolates.
Customers are liable for return postal charges and we have the right to charge for collection of cancelled
orders which have not been returned. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on goods changed or
payments refunded at our discretion. 5. Please contact us, if not prompted, with any information
regarding personalised items.
7. Please note that due to the nature of handmade items, there may be differences to each piece.
8. Your statutory rights are not affected by any terms and conditions stated above.

  • The above rates apply to UK Mainland.  For IRE, IOM, IOW and overseas,
    please contact us before placing an order to confirm postage rates.

  • Items are sent by first class post or royal mail standard parcel service or courier, dependant on weight and size.

  • Please contact us if you require urgent delivery.  Recorded and Special Delivery is available at extra cost.

  • We accept all orders on the basis that our terms and conditions are understood and agreed.  

  • Orders are entered immediately onto our system and are therefore treated as binding.

  • Goods shall remain the property of Red Nell Designs and cannot be dispatched until full
    payment has been received 

  • All good are offered subject to availability and Red Nell Designs cannot be held
    responsible for items which may become discontinued.  We will not be liable for any loss whatsoever
    in the event of late delivery or non-delivery of goods.  The buyer shall not be entitled to
    refuse to accept late delivery or treat late delivery as a breach of contract.

  • Ten days must be allowed for delivery from date of posting before any item can be deemed as lost in the post.

  • Any shortages must be notified to us within 4 working days of receipt of good and damaged
    items within 24 hours of receipt. 
    Postage on returned goods is non-refundable unless we have sent you the wrong goods.

  • Any goods returned must be authorised and we will not accept return unless authorised.

  •  All refunds will be processed within 21 days from receipt of package and will be in the form of original payment made,
    ie. debit/credit card, paypal, cheque or postal order.

  • Red Nell Designs cannot accept responsibility for colour and texture variations
    which may occur occasionally during production

  • Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty

The content of this website and any associated websites is for your personal use only and must not be downloaded.
You agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce or create derivative works from the content, including products seen
within photographs. Please do not create links in any way from your own PC to the graphics on our website
 - since this is deemed to be theft of bandwidth and we will follow up accordingly.

handmade wedding stationery specific terms and conditions

Production of Order
1)  As each item is individually handmade, slight variations may occur between items. 
2)  Upon receipt of your order form and deposit, initial proofs will be sent for your approval. 
3)  Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client.  Any amendments should be marked clearly on each item, signed and dated. 
4) Your proofs should be returned to us signed and dated. 
5)  Amendments after final proofs have been agreed and production of the work has commenced will incur extra charges. 
6)  If any amendments have been made a further set of proofs will be sent for your approval with your requested amendments. These must be signed and dated as correct before we can commence with your order. 
7)  The most recent dated version of amendments shall be used in the production of the work. 
8)  We cannot accept any amendments unless they are signed for and dated.  
9)  A minimum of 2-3 weeks is required from receipt of the approved proofs and balance payment to complete the order. 
10)  Overseas orders - please contact us for delivery schedule when placing an order.

Payment
1)   A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required upon placement of an order by email or phone and before any work can commence. 
2)  The balance payment will become due upon return of the approved proofs and before final delivery of the goods.  
3)  The order cannot be dispatched until full payment has been received.  3) Overseas orders - full payment is required upon placement of an order.

Delivery
1)  Orders are dispatched within 2-3 weeks from receipt of final payment or proof approval whichever is the latter.  Items such as order of service, place settings and menu where wording/details are not available until nearer the wedding date will be delivered separately if necessary when final details are confirmed.
2)  You will be notified immediately if we anticipate your order will take longer than originally advised. 
3) Urgent orders must be requested prior to purchase. Wherever possible we always try to accommodate urgent orders. You will be advised
immediately if we cannot meet your deadline.  
4) All wedding stationery orders are sent by special delivery or courier
5)  We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs during transit via any delivery service. 
6) We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred due to late delivery for reasons outside our control (postal strike, etc) 
7)  Delivery is charged at £8.95 to UK Mainland (courier or special delivery).  Orders to IOM, IOW, NI and overseas,
please contact us for delivery charges.
Items such as order of service, place settings, table names and menu are not usually completed until details are finalised nearer the wedding date and are usually sent separately at a later date.   In this instance an additional postage charge may become payable.
We will only charge you the cost to us.  You will be advised of any additional postage fee when your order is confirmed
(please contact us prior to ordering if you have any queries regarding this).

Cancellation
1)  If an order is cancelled before proofs have been submitted for approval,
we shall retain 50% of the deposit and refund the difference. 
2)  If an order is cancelled after final proofs have been agreed, we shall retain the full deposit paid. 
3)  If an order is cancelled once full production of the approved proofs has begun or completed or delivered,
we shall retain the full deposit and final payment. 
4)  No refund or exchange can be given unless the goods are faulty.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
