HOW TO ORDER BY POST

PayPal is a trusted and secure method of payment and you do not need a PayPal account to pay by this method.  You will have the option to set up a PayPal account but can decline if you wish.  If you are unsure about paying on-line and prefer to order by post -

• Email your order to us.  Simply send us an email listing your order.  Remember to give all relevant details, ie box/card colour, box shape, quantity, flower colour etc plus your name and a delivery address.  Your order will be confirmed by email.

• Cheques should be made payable to Red Nell Designs and sent to 61 Syerston Way, Newark, NG24 2SU.

• Orders cannot be dispatched until payment has been received.

DELIVERY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 2/3 working days of receipt of payment.  If there is any delay with your order you will be notified by email.  You will be contacted when your order has been dispatched.  All prices are quoted in £ Sterling and are subject to change without notice.  Payment can be made through PayPal or by postal order or cheque, made payable to Red Nell Designs

P&P Rates:      

• The above rates apply to UK Mainland.  For IRE, IOM, IOW and overseas, please contact us before placing an order to confirm postage rates.

• Items are sent by first class post or royal mail standard parcel service, dependant on weight and size.

• Please contact us if you require urgent delivery.  Recorded and Special Delivery is available at extra cost.

• We accept all orders on the basis that our terms and conditions are understood and agreed.  

• Orders are entered immediately onto our system and are therefore treated as binding.

• Goods shall remain the property of Red Nell Designs and cannot be dispatched until full payment has been received 

• All good are offered subject to availability and Red Nell Designs cannot be held responsible for items which may become discontinued.  We will not be liable for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery or non-delivery of goods.  The buyer shall not be entitled to refuse to accept late delivery or treat late delivery as a breach of contract.

• Ten days must be allowed for delivery from date of posting before any item can be deemed as lost in the post.

• Any shortages must be notified to us within 4 working days of receipt of good and damaged items within 24 hours of receipt. 
  Postage on returned goods is non-refundable unless we have sent you the wrong goods.

• Any goods returned must be authorised and we will not accept return unless authorised.

• We only refund monies arising from our error.

• Red Nell Designs cannot accept responsibility for colour and texture variations which may occur occasionally during production.
