The sample payment of your chosen design is
refundable from any subsequent order for wedding stationery
(min order £100).

WHEN TO ORDER
Generally
speaking you should plan to send out your invitations 6-8 weeks before
your wedding date, allowing time for samples to be made and dispatched,
followed by proofs and the 4 week production time. It is always
advisable to order as early as possible especially if you are having a
summer (July, August) wedding, when orders are at their peak. If
you are planning an overseas wedding or have guests arriving from other
countries you should try to allow extra time for
sending invitations abroad.
If you are unsure
of your stationery requirements it is always advisable to email a
provisional order to us to ensure you are booked in our order books.
You will be able to amend/change your order requirements when you
have numbers and details finalised.
HOW TO ORDER
Work
within your Budget
We are more than
happy to adapt any of our designs to fit within your budget. We
will offer advice and possible design alternatives to enable you to keep
within your spending limits.
Ordering
Orders can be
placed by email to
helen@rednell.com
or by telephone.
A deposit of 50% of the total
is required when placing the order with the remaining balance payable upon
return of your proofs. Please read
our terms and
conditions before placing your order. Overseas orders - please
contact us before placing an order.
Once we have received your order and deposit we will prepare
proofs for you to check and return to us with any necessary amendments.
Information Required with your
Order
We will need to know names, venues,
times, date for RSVP, reply address etc for your invitation inserts along with
your preference for standard or formal wording. We have a
selection of fonts available for your printed inserts,
or you may have a particular one in mind. If you have no particular
preference we will choose a font to coordinate with your invitation.
Remember, if you are unhappy with any of the layout or design, you may make changes on
your draft before we go ahead with the order. Even if you do not have your
wording and final details sorted, it is advisable to place orders as early
as possible as our order book tends to fill quite quickly.
For Order of Service and Menus we will need the exact wording
required. You may not have the wording for these at the time of placing an
order. Simply send them to us as soon as you have them available.
Urgent Orders
We will
try, within reason, to accommodate any urgent orders (ie those required in less
than 4 weeks from receipt of approved proofs). Please contact us to check availability.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your order
within 4-6 weeks from receipt of your approved drafts.
Delivery (courier or special delivery) is charged at £12.50 per order (UK Mainland)
IOM, IOW, NI and overseas orders - please contact us for delivery
charges.
Items
such as order of service and menu are not usually completed until details are
finalised nearer the wedding date and are usually sent separately from the
remaining order. In this instance an additional postage charge may become
payable. We will only charge you the cost to us and you will be advised of any
additional fee when your order is confirmed (please contact us prior to ordering
if you have any queries regarding this).
