Q. Is there a minimum order? Simply, no! You can order as few or as many invitations as you need.
Q. Do I need to buy a sample? We would always advise purchasing a sample to help you get a feel for the design and quality, after all it's the most important day of you life so you'll want everything to be just right. It will also give you a chance to experiment with colours to get the look you want. Sample payment of your chosen design is refundable against a subsequent order for stationery (minimum order value £50)
Q. How do I order? You can contact us by email or phone with your requirements. Quotations can be provided on request.
Q. How long does it take to produce an order? We will always try to work around your timescale and on average invitations are usually produced within 1-2 weeks of proof approval. At peak times this may be slightly longer. If you require an urgent order please contact us in the first instance to check availability. Items such as order of service and place settings etc are usually completed later on in the order schedule as wording and names etc cannot be confirmed until nearer the wedding date.
Q. When do I need to send out my invitations? Three months before the wedding day is probably sufficient. This will allow time plenty of time for your guests to reply and you to confirm numbers with your reception venue, caterers etc.
What if I need some extra invitations at the last minute when I have already
received my order?
Q. Do you print bi-lingual inserts We are happy to print inserts
in any language providing the wording is
Q. I want to order place cards and order of service but will not know how many until I have received replies to my invitations. We are happy to wait until you have confirmed numbers so you do not have to order more than you need. A provisional order should be placed along with your invites and included in your deposit. At this stage you can estimate the number of guests - any overpayment/ underpayment can be settled once you know definite numbers.
Q. I have seen a design I like. Can I have it in my wedding colours? Yes, that's the beauty of our handmade stationery; your wedding theme colours can be incorporated into your chosen design.
Q. Does it cost extra to change design colours to suit me? No.
Q. Are envelopes and printed inserts included in the price? Yes. We are also able to produce the cover only for you to provide your own inserts (price reduction applies). Metallic envelopes are available for an extra charge.
Q. How do I pay? Payment can be made by credit card, bankers draft/postal order, cheque or PayPal invoice (you do not need a PayPal Account)
Q. Do you accept orders from outside the United Kingdom? Yes.
Q. How much will shipping cost? This is dependent on the size of order and destination. You will be advised upon placement of an order.
Q. How do I pay for an international order? Payment as per our UK stationery orders, ie 50% deposit required upon placement of an order with the balance due upon proof approval.
