Upon placement of an order, you will be contacted by email to confirm the names for your place settings. You can supply your details by post, phone or email.  A proof will be sent by email for checking prior to printing*  Choose your own layout, text and font (subject to availability).  Guests' names should be emailed in a Microsoft Windows based document (Word, Excel etc)**

*Printing is by inkjet and therefore metallic colours are not available.  We will select a suitable shade of colour based on your requirements but if you have a specific colour shade in mind, please quote the RGB colour format.  Changes to colour must be made at proof confirmation stage.

**It is the client's responsibility to ensure guests' names are spelt correctly.  Any amendments made after we have received confirmation and printing has commenced may incur an extra charge.
