frequently asked questions

Q. I'm not sure if my gifts will fit in my chosen box.  A. Simply email or phone us with the dimensions of your gift and we'll try to advise.

Q. Do you do discount for large orders?  A.  If you require a large order, ie over 300 boxes, please email us with your requirements for a quotation.

Q. Are the boxes easy to assemble? A. All our boxes are very easy to assemble and can be put together in a matter of seconds.

Q. Do you need to glue the boxes? A.  No, all boxes use tabs and creases to keep them securely in place.

Q. Does each box come in one piece?  A.  Yes, with the exception of the square and rectangular boxes with lids, which come in two pieces.

Q. Do you provide assembly instructions?  A.  As each box is easy-peasy to put together, assembly instructions are not necessary.  However, if you have any difficulties, please contact us or alternatively we can send instructions via email or post.

Q.  What tools will I need to make my favours?  A. No specialist tools are required. You may need scissors (for cutting ribbon etc) and perhaps a pencil or similar object (to give an effective curly look on wired stems). 

Q. Can you give me some ideas on decorating my boxes?  A. We are always happy to give advice and information on decorating ideas.  Simply email or phone.

Q. How long will my order take?  A. Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 10 days from receipt of payment.  It is advisable to allow plenty of time before your wedding when placing an order, especially in the summer months when demand is extremely high. 

Q. I am looking for a particular box but not having much success, can you help?  A.  We stock a wide range of boxes in a selection of finishes.  If you cannot see what you are looking for, please contact us and we will be only too pleased to try to source your particular box.
